bonus

artist-img
bonus is an emo band with members from Broward County and Dade County in south Florida. With the recent resurgence of live local music in the area, bonus emerged as a “poppier” alternative to the screamo and hardcore acts that were paving way. The quartet writes catchy hooks accented by time and tempo changes that fit surprisingly well as a “bonus” to these heavier lineups, taking influences from emo, math rock, 90’s alternative, and power pop. bonus released their first ep “was a dog” in February of 2024, followed by a single and a split in the same year with the band red sun from Oklahoma.

Kerosene Heights

artist-img
Asheville North Carolina emo / punks, Kerosene Heights, make loud exciting songs that carry the torch of earlier emo bands. The energy of a sweaty basement show comes through even in their recordings with distorted twinkly riffs, and yelled vocals. Their debut album, Southeast of Somewhere, is out everywhere via No Sleep Records.
